Hi
First, You must select the appropriate CYG_HAL_STARTUP_ROM, RAM or FLOPPY
in
the i386 hal options.
Then go to RedBoot Rom Monitor section to RedBoot hal options. There You
will find the option Build RedBoot binary image, just check it. ( in fact
there are two: CYGBLD_BUILD_REDBOOT_BIN_FLOPPY and
CYGBLD_BUILD_REDBOOT_BIN_ROM)
