New update for hal/i386/pc: if you're using cvs to checkout the eCos source tree
and are interested in tinkering with a HAL for a standard PC, be sure to check
out ftp://sourceware.cygnus.com/pub/ecos/contrib/hal/i386/hal-i386-pc-19991028.html .
