Subject: [ECOS] Regarding GLOBAL OFFSET TABLE
Date: Fri, 04 Apr 2008 08:45:00 -0000 [thread overview]
Message-ID: <ed9edd1a0804032110y4e9fa09cod73eb68e95d620f6@mail.gmail.com> (raw)
Hi,
Could you please tell me where _GLOBAL_OFFSET_TABLE_
is defined in the eCos code for MPC8260.
In the file "arch\current\src " ,there is a statement
# Set up global offset table
lwi r2,_GLOBAL_OFFSET_TABLE_
I analyzed the code, but I could not find where GLOBAL OFFSET
TABLE(GOT) is defined .
Could you please tell me ..
what are the contents of GOT table ?
how much memory is allocated for GOT ?
Which file contains GOT initialization ?
Thanks
Dileep Kumar
