Hello:
I am a beginner in eCos. I am using ARM7TDMI Evaluator7T Board. I can
only find the configuration template for AEB but how can I config eCos for
Evaluator7T board? Is it the same as the AEB version?

No, it's not the same.
You are probably using older sources. The Evaluator7T support is only
available in the newest CVS sources (as of a week ago, or so).
