I was trying to understand the 82559 driver. Can someone point me to the
document which has all the "command unit command" and "receive unit
command". I downloaded 82559er datasheet from intel website but that doesn't
have this info.

You probably need an NDA for this document, but since you seem to work
at Intel, you may be more successful asking for this internally ;)

I have a printed document with "Intel Secret, Confidential Document"
written all over it. If you cannot find a copy on the Intel developer
website, then it looks like they have not released it yet. But it
ought to be there, the device is a few years old now. An alternative
source of information might be the Linux driver.
