I would not use RedBoot with the AT91SAM7 series. These devices do not have enough flash/RAM to make proper use of Redboot. It is much better to just use JTAG and build ROM eCos applications. That is why there are no RAM memory configuration files. I don't think i makes sense to run eCos in RAM. Andrew
