Development that it captures by means of driver for ADC of two
channels a signal of electrical current another one of voltage, Driver
for ADC_7654,  calculate the value of the consumed electrical energy
and drive a load connected to triac, this
information is visualized by Web server that show values the current
and voltaje,
and power factor and control of the load.
