The application that I am intending on running needs to meet these requirements: Note that your system MUST meet these requirements: You must have readline and openssl and thier respective development packages.=20 You must be running Linux 2.4.x=20 You must have the Linux Kernel Sources package installed on your system. Seeing these requirements, is eCos the right operating system for my purpose? Thanks for any help? Michael Baj
