I assume it is being distributed to maintainers so I placed no one in CC list. If I'm wrong please serve yourself. Oddly, but the /Component/ selection list doesn't have "gnutools" or "GCC" entry so I had to select "Other". Would someone please fix this or tell me how to? Looking forward to comments and binaries.
