Freescale doesn't have a suitable memory card for K60 so we have built
ourselves. I am going to put information at our web site and at Towergeeks, so
here is a brief information:
- 16MiB PSRAM with synchronous, bursting multiplexed bus (glue-less
coupling with FlexBus).
- SST25 SPI flash
- Micro SD socket.
TWR-K60N512 has on-board SD/MMC socket, intended for SDH but unfortunately it
is not possible to use it directly with SPI bus because MISO and MOSI seem to
be swapped!? If you play with hardware you could make some adapter. I plan to
make one by using 2 MicroSD adapters and few wires and as soon as it works I'll
post.
