This patch adds SECTION_eh_frame() macro calls to all SH3 linker script
fragments (*.ldi) and extends the SECTION_gcc_except_table() macro for
SH (as for i386), allowing the eCos cxxsupp test to link with recent
sh-elf toolchains. Checked-in.
