support for mini2440 QEMU platform
We add mini2440 hal base on smdk2410.
To be run it on MINI2440 QEMU, We modified the hal some code.
We also add lcd support function to mini2440
We have added DM9000 ETH driver to mini2440, it can work on interrupt mode
and polling mode.
We will finished other ecos module for it future.
