Kinetis variant upgrade

This upgrade of Kinetis port brings support for K70 family as well as variant
upgrades.
New features:
    - Clocking: driver supports second PLL1 oscillator;
    - eDMA now supports 32 channel controllers such as one found on K70;
    - DDRAM support;
    - Cache is supported (present on 120 and 150 MHz devices) (gives tremendous
boost to processing of code and data residing in DDRAM or Flash)

    - SPI driver has been upgraded to cope with cached memory;
    - Ethernet driver has been upgraded to use non-cached memory regions for
TCDs and buffers.
