Patch to optionally display the build duration
This patch adds a menu option allowing the build duration to be optionally
displayed. Tested on Windows-7 compiling with TDM-GCC 4.8.1, but should apply
to all platforms.
An executable version including this patch can be downloaded from
www.xylanta.com.
This follows on from the patch in 1001952.
