Various self tests fail when everything is build with LTO.

In particular various files contain .gnu.lto_ sections with SHF_EXCLUDE set.
This is an interesting flag since it is treated as a generic section flag, =
but
really isn't. I proposed the following patch to work around it for now:

Another issue is that ET_REL files don't contain normal DWARF .debug_ secti=
ons,
but .gnu.debuglto_.debug_* sections. Which libdw doesn't recognize. Still
working on that.
