... and still is, but we're getting closer.

In preparation for a forthcoming ICE fix, I've pushed to master branch
commit 862e5f398b7e0a62460e8bc3fe4045e9da6cbf3b
"Enhance OpenACC 'kernels' decomposition testing", see attached.
