Subject: GCC 6.1 release document sparse on Fortran details
Date: Mon, 25 Apr 2016 16:23:00 -0000 [thread overview]
Message-ID: <A7478C33-E743-4D66-808E-3C054D0A81E3@sourceryinstitute.org> (raw)
All,
Did GCC 6.1 release on 2016-04-15? I somehow missed the announcement.
The description of the changes in the Fortran front end in 6.1 are very limited. See https://gcc.gnu.org/gcc-6/changes.html.
Could someone please update the information there to include, for example, support for submodules and events and improved support for deferred-length character variables?
Damian
