[Bug general/3753] New: sendRecIsa() isn't handling multiple Tasks properly

LinuxPtraceTask:
protected Isa sendrecIsa () throws TaskException
  {
    logger.log(Level.FINE, "{0} sendrecIsa\n", this);
    IsaFactory factory = IsaFactory.getFactory();
    return factory.getIsa(id.id);
  }

Eventually makes its way over to IsaFactory.java:

private Isa getIsa(int pid, Task task) 
    throws TaskException
  {
    Elf elfFile;
    logger.log (Level.FINE, "{0} getIsa\n", this);
    
    try 
      {
	elfFile = new Elf(pid, ElfCommand.ELF_C_READ);
      }

There is no concept of PID _and_ TID here. Thus, we're looking for /proc/TID/
exe which is incorrect.
