Main thread of a process was blocked by a TerminatingObserver - when trying to 
add an InstructionObserver to both threads of the process after the fact, this 
occured:

   at frysk.proc.LinuxPtraceProcState$3.handleAddObservation(fcatch)
   at frysk.proc.Proc.handleAddObservation(fcatch)
   at frysk.proc.Proc$14.execute(fcatch)
   at frysk.event.EventLoop.runEventLoop(fcatch)
   at frysk.event.EventLoop.run(fcatch)
