Clicking on the HELP button from the build tree doesn't work.

The problem here is that Config.getHelpDir() returns the install-tree help path.
 The FryskGui binary needs to instead provide the build tree help path.

At present FryskGui / frysk do this by passing the applicable path to Gui.java,
which then notifies relevant code of the correct path.
