[Bug general/3979] New: testASMStepping fails in make check and intermittently with TestRunner 'testASMStepping(frysk.rt.TestStepping)'

testASMStepping(frysk.rt.TestStepping)junit.framework.AssertionFailedError:
event loop run explictly stopped (Attempting to add instructionObserver)
   at frysk.proc.TestLib.assertRunUntilStop(TestRunner)
   at frysk.proc.TestLib.assertRunUntilStop(TestRunner)
   at frysk.rt.TestStepping.testASMStepping(TestRunner)
   at frysk.junit.Runner.runCases(TestRunner)
   at frysk.junit.Runner.runArchCases(TestRunner)
   at frysk.junit.Runner.runTestCases(TestRunner)
   at TestRunner.main(TestRunner)

during a make check, but passes a great deal of the time on its own with TestRunner.
