java.lang.IllegalArgumentException: The given item name[funit-child Debug
Session] is already used
   at frysk.gui.monitor.UniqueHashMap.add(FryskGui)
   at frysk.gui.sessions.SessionManager.addSession(FryskGui)
   at frysk.gui.druid.CreateFryskSessionDruid$10.buttonEvent(FryskGui)
   at org.gnu.gtk.Button.fireButtonEvent(libgtkjava-2.8.so)
   at org.gnu.gtk.Button.handleClick(libgtkjava-2.8.so)
   at org.gnu.gtk.Gtk.gtk_main(libgtkjava-2.8.so)
   at org.gnu.gtk.Gtk.main(libgtkjava-2.8.so)
   at frysk.gui.Gui.gui(FryskGui)
   at frysk.gui.FryskGui.main(FryskGui)

Create a debug session for debugging funit-child, restart frysk.  create a
second debug session for debugging funit-child, click finish (finish shouldn't
have been highlighted).
