For instance, instead of:

$ ./bindir/fhpd ./pkglibdir/hpd-c
Attached to process 10938
(fhpd) b main
Error: Unknown command: b
(fhpd) break main
breakpoint 0
(fhpd) go
(fhpd) Breakpoint 0 main

report something like:

fhpd) go
(fhpd)
Breakpoint 0 main at <file>#<line> 0xdeadbeeef
23     the line
(fhpd)

giving more context.
