Subject: [Bug general/5326] New: frame.getLines() returns no data for corefile (fhpd List does not work with corefiles)
Date: Wed, 14 Nov 2007 16:09:00 -0000	[thread overview]
Message-ID: <20071114160944.5326.pmuldoon@redhat.com> (raw)

This produces no data:

          DebugInfoFrame frame = cli.getTaskFrame(task);
            if (frame.getLines().length == 0) {
                cli.outWriter.println("No symbol table is available.");
                continue;

Test case:

[pmuldoon@localhost frysk_bin]$ cat ~/simple.c
#include <stdio.h>

main()
{

        static int a = 1;
        static int b = 2;
        static int c = 3;
        static int d = 4;

        printf("Hello World\n");

        sleep(5000);
}

[pmuldoon@localhost ~]$ gcc -g simple.c -o simple
[pmuldoon@localhost ~]$ ./simple &
