Noticed this while trying to unify the path-to-source config variable.

Given a relative path configure, the breakpoint manager expects file-name paths
to match that relative path and ignores absolute paths.

You can trigger the behavior by changing addFileBreakpoint(File, ...) to use
File.getAbsolutePath() or File.getCanonicalPath() instead of File.getPath().
