Just FYI,

I tracked down and fixed the reason why
testUnblockRunning(frysk.proc.TestTaskObserverBlocked) was hanging - the
test testBlockingFibonacciClone(frysk.proc.TestTaskObserverBlocked) was
leaving an attached process around leading to a waitpid hang.
