With the below, a typical use will be:

    ValueFactory.getFactory(frame.task.proc).getValue ("a+2", frame)

so short circuit that vis:

ValueFactory
   static ValueFactory getFactory(Frame)
   Value getValue ("string");
   ... same for die ...
