The Frysk project has a new team lead, Tom Tromey. Tom has been asked
to help in leading the Frysk team because of his extensive and broad
experience in developing and leading teams related to software tools.
I have complete confidence in Tom and he has freedom to work with the
team to determine long term design changes in the project with the goal
to create the best possible open source C++ debugger. This may result
in major changes in the design of the project.
