	It appears that diffs-940831.gz ended up truncated.  It's really
   small and after applying it first, diffs-940901 gets some rejections
   and fuzz reports.

Yup.  Looks like the last weekly diffs were empty too.  I've deleted
both.  Yet another patch for the snapshot script...
