Currently "make bootstrap" for ld is looking in /lib for crt0.o for
i386-bsd*, i386-freebsd*, and i386-netbsd* configurations.

My NetBSD 1.0A system has it in /usr/lib.

Can anyone tell me about the other BSD variants?
