First, the current gas handles

	sethi foo,%i0

differently than Solaris' as. Solaris' as generates R_SPARC_22. But gas
generates R_SPARC_HI22. The patch enclosed here makes gas matches
Solaris' as. But I don't know if it is correct :-).
