Subject: libg++-2.8.1.2 available
Date: Thu, 04 Dec 1997 14:03:00 -0000	[thread overview]
Message-ID: <13814.52160.113397.834320@saturn.hollstein.net> (raw)

-----BEGIN PGP SIGNED MESSAGE-----

The following files are now available in the "infrastructure" directory
at egcs.cygnus.com and the usual mirror sites (see below for list or go
to < http://egcs.cygnus.com/mirrors.html >):

	libg++-2.8.1.2.tar.gz		694,110 bytes
	libg++-2.8.1.1a-2.8.1.2.diff.gz	174,665 bytes

Version 2.8.1.2 merges version 2.8.1.1a, H.J. Lu's libg++ snapshots and
Cygnus' latest development snapshot. This version is mostly intended for
gcc (EGCS and FSF) developers and testers. It now includes a testsuite
to be run by the DejaGnu testing framework.

As with 2.8.1.1a, this file is an add-on to libstdc++-2.8.1.1 and/or
egcs-1.x. To install, move all files and directories into libstdc++'s
resp. egcs' toplevel directory; see the README.libg++.

Please note, libg++ is unsupported. You should not start new projects
using libg++; it is an excellent testbed for the new compilers, though.
You should use the STL from egcs or libstdc++ instead.
Bugs in libstdc++ should be reported to bug-lib-g++@gnu.org.
