* EGCS won't bootstrap on Aix 3.2.5 - xgcc got singnal 11

Hi.
We are trying to bootstrap EGCS 1.1 on an oldy RS/6000 running 
Aix 3.2.5. The xgcc compiler aborts with :

xgcc: Internal compiler error: program cc1 got fatal signal 11
make[4]: *** [libgcc2.a] Error 1
make[4]: Leaving directory `/usr/sursecompil/egcs/egcs-1.1b/gcc'
make[3]: *** [stmp-multilib-sub] Error 2
make[3]: Leaving directory `/usr/sursecompil/egcs/egcs-1.1b/gcc'
make[2]: *** [stmp-multilib] Error 1
make[2]: Leaving directory `/usr/sursecompil/egcs/egcs-1.1b/gcc'
make[1]: *** [bootstrap-lean] Error 2
make[1]: Leaving directory `/usr/sursecompil/egcs/egcs-1.1b/gcc'
make: *** [bootstrap-lean] Error 2
