Reconfirmed with branch and mainline (20030710).

test.cpp:9: internal compiler error: tree check: expected tree_list, have
   record_type in cp_parser_save_default_args, at cp/parser.c:14033

The ICE only happens with checking now but GCC still rejects the code:
pr8795.cc: In function `<anonymous> F32vec4::operator++(#`integer_cst' not 
   supported by dump_type#<type error>, ...)':

ICE with checking on:
