Current CVS mainline GCC is reject test.cc with command-line:
g++ -Wall -Wextra -Werror -o test.o -c test.cc
with error message:

`__gnu_cxx::demangler::qualifier<Allocator>::qualifier(int, 
__gnu_cxx::demangler::cv_qualifier_nt, const char*, int, int) [with Allocator
