The stage1 cc1 ICEs building libgcc/_muldi3.o on IRIX 6.2:

How-To-Repeat:
Bootstrap current mainline with gcc (3.1 in this case).  The same bootstrap
works on IRIX 6.5.21.

The failure even occurs with ./cc1 libgcc2.i.
