FSF head gives this for both abi=1 and abi=2

Class D
   size=16 align=8
   base size=16 base align=8
D (0x402dbbc0) 0
    vptridx=0u vptr=((&D::_ZTV1D) + 24u)
  B (0x402dbc00) 0 empty virtual
      vbaseoffset=-0x00000000000000018
  C (0x402dbc40) 0
      primary-for D (0x402dbbc0)
      subvttidx=8u
    B (0x402dbc00) alternative-path

Why do you think D should be 24 bytes? AFAICT it should be 16
Or is it that ints are 64 bit? What switch should I use to turn that on?

No feedback in 3 months and what GCC produces is correct.
