<http://gcc.gnu.org/translation.html> details how translations are handled
in GCC (procedurally).  In this case, the list of translation teams, or
the Language-Team entry in fr.po, show that the relevant translators are
traduc@traduc.org, so you may wish to point them to this bug report.
