OpenBSD reference is gone. ns32k reference was just taken out. :-)
libffi's README still acts as if egcs was current, but it needs a wholesale
rewrite and is not technically part of gcc anyway. ;-)
That leaves the libstdc++ reference, which I think is unimportant as it's
not user-visible, and the i370 reference, which I'm not going to worry about
at the moment because i370 is being made obsolete with 3.4.
