By "32-bit version" you probably mean the lower 32-bits. No that's
not what's needed. What's needed is
%f0 = xfi.f
lower 32-bits of %i0 = xfi.i
higher 32-bits of %i1 - xfi.j
So the RTL is OK for the first two, but wrong for the last one.
