[Bug c/13706] New: gcc in cygwin can't find includes path

Hi
I have some problems with gcc in cygwin,when i want setup cywin before this 
work must download it from internet,when them all downloaded,gcc is not in 
cygwin sub-directories, so i do this manually and reinstall cygwin,gcc now 
work but not correctly,my problem is about include files,gcc can't find 
includes path,this is sample of gcc error in cygwin : 

stdio.h: No such file or directory
stdlib.h: No such file or directory
sys/types.h: No such file or directory
sys/socket.h: No such file or directory
netinet/in.h: No such file or directory
arpa/inet.h: No such file or directory
unistd.h: No such file or directory
netdb.h: No such file or directory
fcntl.h: No such file or directory
unistd.h: No such file or directory

I downloaded gcc-3.3.1-3 , how can i define and manipulate gcc in cygwin
please help me

Sorry we do not support binary installs, cygwin has a bug page too, ask them.
