[Bug bootstrap/13715] New: Unable to compile 3.3.2 with threads on Solaris 8

Config option: configure --prefix=/pkg/gnu/gcc/5.8/3.3.2 --enable-threads=solaris

Failure:

Does that mean what it says?  3.2 supported thread.

Use ---enable-threads=pthreads instead of --enable-threads=solaris.

It appears that the Boehm garbage collector used by Java doesn't support Solaris
threads.  And --enable-threads=pthreads is not a valid option (see
http://gcc.gnu.org/install/configure.html).

Use --enable-threads=posix or, better, do not specify --enable-threads at all.
