improved, IMO. (I'm a one-bug-in-a-year reporter)
1.
The link to the generic bug-page
"http://gcc.gnu.org/bugzilla/bugwritinghelp.html" is nice but an additional link
to http://gcc.gnu.org/bugs.html#report would be better.
2.
Host,Target,Build triplet should be linked to an explanation with one or two
examples.
What do you think?

Yeah. Just assign these bugs to me in the future. I never noticed it 3 months ago, or else i would
have taken care of it then. :)
I've taken care of linking to our bug reporting guidelines.
I'm working on host/build/triplet examples.

There is now a link to bugs.html#report as the bug writing guidelines link.
However, host, target, and build are things that if you don't know, you
shouldn't worry about (just like any other field).
If we need to know to reproduce it, and can't discover it from the other
necessary info, we'll ask
