Log message:
	PR c/13814
	* config/linker-map.gnu (nan): Delete.
	* libmath/mathconf.h (NAN, nan): Delete.
	* linkage.m4 (nan): Don't check for it.
	* libmath/nan.c: Delete file.
	
	* config.h.in, configure: Regenerate.
