Here is a simpler form of the bug (if it is, I do not know if it is a bug at all and cannot comment on this 
one):
class Holder;
class Trule {
  public:
   Trule (Holder &);
    Trule(Trule const&);
  private:
    Trule(Trule&);
    Trule& operator= (Trule&);
};
class Holder{};
Trule load_something()
{
    Holder result;
    return result;
}
