[Bug bootstrap/14595] New: 3.4.0 make profiledbootstrap fails on MinGW/MSYS *after* applying PR14291 patch

If the patch given in PR14291 is applied (as well as the patch given in 
PR12974), 3.4.0 profiledbootstrap continues for some time, until it fails with:

I don't understand what this error means.

To me: "/bin/sh: stage1/xgcc.exe: Invalid argument" means the file is not executable, that does not 
makes sense because it has already ran once before.
