There's a bug in the argument passing code for ia64-hpux.  See
http://gcc.gnu.org/ml/gcc-patches/2004-04/msg00414.html
for patch and discussion.  This bug is being filed because
CVS is unusable right now and I don't want it to slip off the
radar for 3.4.0.
