reducing the optimization level to -O1 lets the compilation succeed.

 ../../xgcc -B../../ -c -g -O3 -W -Wall -gnatpg -I.
-I/home/doko/gcc/3.3/gcc-3.3-3.3.4/src/gcc/ada a-ncelfu.ads
