-fdump-tree-original doesn't dump the original function trees anymore when
optimization is enabled; instead, it is an alias for -fdump-tree-inlined.

The problem is that -fdump-tree-original is handled by optimize_function, which
is called by expand_body.  But expand_body is
lang_hooks.callgraph.expand_function for the C++ front-end and is invoked by
cgraph_expand_function *after* cgraph_optimize_function, the latter doing
tree-inlining when optimization is enabled.
