Description of problem:

The default cursor location in a TextArea component is at the very end
of the text. In Sun, the default location is at the beginning of the
text.

Steps to Reproduce:

Run Acunia test suite. Open IAA.ActionConfirmDialogTest. Notice that
in the center TextArea, the cursor is at the end of the text.

I referenced the wrong Acunia test; the correct way to reproduce the
bug is to run IAA.TextPaneTest.
